For a 4 star hotel everything was great, I loved to be here. The room exceeded all expectations, brilliant with open balcony. Welcoming, incredible staff, were ready to help. The breakfast had lots of options, eggs and cakes. The location was best possible, not too far from an iconic stairway. It was a nice stay at common check-in time, recommend this place.

Unbeatable location, very helpful staff, tasteful rooms, superb breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was also close to some great restaurants. Having different hot drinks in the honesty bar was a very nice touch.

Ideal place for 3 nights. Having an individual safe, a sitting area and a study table was very convenient. The pool was nice too. 20 mins walk to the centre. There was Gloria tube station not very far from the hotel.
